We Help The Homeless
We have licensed social workers, case managers, employment specialists, and housing specialists to provide social services on-site.
Our Services Include
Transitional Housing
Our staff connects homeless individuals to resources that will help them transition into permanent housing. This is accomplished by conducting a screening that will tailor services to the needs of the participants.
Job Readiness & Preparation
Our JOBS program is based on education and learning from others, as well as practice working in teams, which is a skill that is increasingly important in today’s work environment. This program is not designed to teach a better way to live or to teach participants a great deal of new information. Rather, it is designed to involve participants in their learning experiences, and to help them discover their own values, needs, and skills and how those might fulfill their employment desires.
Case Management
We are a client centered organization. And our strengths-based model approach in case management is to focus on the positive aspect of the clients, not the problems and deficits. Our goal is to empower our clients to use their resources, and skills to overcome challenges to achieve their desired outcomes.
Independent Living Skills
While we understand the world is constantly changing, we provide our clients with sustainable Independent Living Skills. We focus on essential life skills that will help you become self-sufficient.
